Hey Sisters

IF I can work out the childcare logistics, I am going to try really hard to come. I already scheduled off those days, but I have three small children and a farmer husband who puts in very long hours in the summer. If I can get him a little daytime/evening help with the kids, I am in. Just seeing the email notes have brought back so many great memories; seeing everyone in person will be a real charge.

Hello All! I have felt like a spy "listening in" to all the emails the last few days, and it's been a riot. We are heading out of town tomorrow for a week so I am trying to catch up on correspondence before I go. I am planing to come down for a couple of hours on Fri. night for the reunion, but we're leaving town (again) that next day so can't spend the night. Bummer for me - I would love to spend the night in the cold air dorm again! And, alas, no bar hopping for me - a 10 hour drive with 2 boys and a hangover on Sat. would pretty much put me under at this age :) Can't wait to see everyone again.

Hi Ladies,

Thanks to our new social chair, Wally for setting this up. I am in the throes of Alumni Weekend & RAGBRAI planning for your alma mater so up to my ears in FUN!

Here's the short of it- everyone is welcome but we need to know when ya'll are coming & leaving so we can be prepared on our end to greet you and feed you. We also want to be able to cover our costs & leave the house as we found it so they let us do it again. You know those House Corps ladies.

So please be sure to RSVP & tell us when you are coming & going! $30 for 1 night and $60 for 2.

...A Class List has been added to the sidebar. I don't have the "official" list from the school, so many of these, especially from the Classes of 1990 - 1992, are from memory. And also, Kara May, I have changed the color from pink to blue, to make it more Delta-compliant. Hope you're happy.

I'd love to post some pics on here, if anyone has any, please send them my way!

I did hear from Jana Lowe McCann '91 who is going to be on vacation during the reunion weekend, so will be unable to attend. :(

If you're wondering about this picture...

It might be some of the "founders" - certainly looks like there might've been a "Sarah Ida" or "Eleanor Dorcas" amongst the group. (It's just a random photo I found online.) But I thought we could identify some of our own amongst them. For example, I (Lori Wallace, '89) am holding up the upper left side of the center Delta, and that's Jenks (Lori Jenkins, '89) to my far right holding up the other side. Michelle Nussbaum ('87) is in the center of the left Delta, and Melissa Wilson ('91) is standing between us, holding the right side of the left Delta. Linda Zuber ('91) is in the center of the right Delta, with Lisa Simms ('89) holding up the far right side. Do you see it? Who do YOU see?

Revised Reunion Plans!!

Hello, all! Well, due to the great amount of interest from the classes of 1990 - 1992, the official 3-day reunion has been re-vamped to include them as well! So, any members of classes of 1983 - 1992 are hereby and officially invited to attend for the weekend and stay overnight at the House! (I should probably have said Tri Delta members of the classes of 83 - 92 - - sorry, Chad Waller and Mike Lowe!)

Another change to the original plans is that if you can only come for one night, the cost is $30. Please RSVP to Jennifer Palmer Irwin ’86 at jknirwin@mac.com or (515) 331-3991.
