  1. I vaguely remember the setting the maxi pads on fire thing. Did we discontinue this in later years, because I don't remember personally doing it - and if there were something of this sort to have been done, believe me, I would've been in the middle of doing it. (i.e. pine gathering, etc.) Speaking of maxi pads, I hope this gathering doesn't cause all of our "cycles" to re-adjust (i.e. the Flow Chart).

  2. We filled up a cart with enough pads to last a sorority house for several months and wrapped those old metal deltas about three deep. On pref night, we would light them on fire in the front yard as the rushees came out. Somebody (maybe the fire marshall) decided this was not a good idea and we changed to Christmas lights. Party poopers. And there's your daily dose of Delta Chapter history!
